In the wake of the devastating Central Texas floods on July 4, 2025, our hearts remain with the families who lost loved ones, the brave first responders, the tireless volunteers, and the resilient survivors. In honor and remembrance of those affected, the strength of community came alive at the Band Together Texas relief concert, held at the Moody Center on August 17, 2025. This powerful evening was a testament to unity, healing, and hope. With Miranda Lambert and Parker McCollum leading the charge, the Band Together Texas relief concert featured an unforgettable lineup of artists and guests – including Kelly Clarkson, Jon Randall, Lukas Nelson, Lyle Lovett, Mack Brown, Emmanuel Acho, and our very own Matthew McConaughey. Matthew opened and closed the evening with heartfelt words of strength and love, reminding us, “Because even in the hardest times, we have to believe in the power of joy. So while we honor the heavy truths that brought us here, we will also celebrate the light that must continue to shine.” With over $8.5 million raised and still climbing, all proceeds will benefit the Community Hill Foundation of Texas Hill Country and the Central Texas Community Foundation. We stand together in support as impacted communities begin their journey toward recovery and healing.

This year’s Mack, Jack & McConaughey (MJ&M) was record-breaking! Over $19 million was raised to benefit the just keep livin Foundation and four remarkable partner beneficiaries: CureDuchenne, Dell Children’s Medical Center, HeartGift, and The Rise School of Austin. We are honored to stand beside these inspiring groups in our shared mission to empower children. The festivities kicked off Thursday evening at Austin City Limits Live at The Moody Theater with the ever-popular MJ&M Gala. Guests enjoyed a sophisticated cocktail reception, a gourmet dinner, moving tributes, and an exciting live auction. The evening reached its peak with a powerhouse performance by country music icon Eric Church, who captivated the Texas crowd with his energy and emotion. Friday began in high style with a New York-inspired runway show presented by Neiman Marcus, featuring a stunning collection by acclaimed designer Carolina Herrera. Hosted by MJ&M co-founder Camila McConaughey and Sally Brown, the show offered guests a front-row look at the latest haute couture while spotlighting the event’s philanthropic purpose. That evening, the beloved Jack & Friends concert brought an unforgettable close to the celebration, once again at The Moody Theater. The intimate, unscripted format featured moving performances by Miranda Lambert, Ryan Bingham, and Lukas Nelson, each artist bringing their unique voice to the stage in support of a worthy cause. Now in its 13th year, MJ&M continues to blend entertainment, fashion, and philanthropy, proving that when a community comes together, great things happen for kids. We can’t wait to see what next year brings! 

Empowering Kids for the 12^th Year in a Row! We are proud to share the 12^th annual MJ&M fundraiser held in Austin April 25-26^th, was a massive success! We took over Austin and brought together hearts and voices for JKL and 4 other children’s charities. Headlined by the incomparable grammy-winning Luke Combs, our gala was a celebration of music and philanthropy. The fashion show, sponsored by long-time supporters Neiman Marcus and featuring Oscar de la Renta was stunning and featured some of our JKL kids as volunteers sharing their stories. We ended on a high note with our singer-songwriter night, Jack and Friends, featuring so many incredible artists. We are overflowing with gratitude for another incredible year of MJ&M, all in the name of empowering kids! Stay tuned for more information regarding MJ&M 2025!

Alright Alright Alright! Year 11 of Mack, Jack & McConaughey in the books! Mack, Jack & McConaughey (MJ&M) is the annual joint fundraising effort of Academy Award-winning actor Matthew McConaughey, ACM Award-winning recording artist Jack Ingram, and ESPN analyst and Texas coaching legend Mack Brown. What better way to kick off an epic few days than with a special performance by the legendary Garth Brooks! The LIVE auction was record-setting, raising over $7M! Then onto a fun day of golf, and a stunning fashion show from the fabulous Jonathan Simkhai presented by Neiman Marcus and hosted by supermodel Molly Sims. Simkhai’s designs were breathtaking, as was the setting, with lovely views of downtown Austin from the Long Center for the Performing Arts. We wrapped things up with an array of talented performances at our Jack & Friends Singer/Songwriter night! Artists like Butch Walker, Lee Ann Womack, Jessi Alexander & Jon Randall, William Beckmann, Blu Sanders, Rhett Akins, Hayes Carll and incredible newcomer Kameron Marlowe donated their time and talent to end this year’s event on a high note – so to speak!
