On Saturday, October 24th, some of our programs participated in Make A Difference with Loukoumi project. This year, the project had more than 50,000 children and teens across the country banding together for good deeds. Projects included collecting canned goods, coats and books for those in need, cooking at a soup kitchen, recycling and holding fundraisers for favorite charities. Our just keep livin students at Reagan High School in Austin volunteered at Hope Fest for their Make A Difference event. Students there led an aerobics class and served food to participants! At Animo South LA High School, we had 50 students and 4 adults volunteer at the Compton Courthouse, cleaning up in the neighborhood. We were happy to be a part of such an important campaign!
